Our Brand Ambassadors and Activation Staff are the front-facing team who bring your brand to life in a way that feels natural, confident and genuinely engaging. With a performer-led background, they don’t just “stand and smile”, they help create the experience you imagined, bringing energy, personality and presence to every interaction. From welcoming guests and driving footfall to running games, leading moments, supporting sampling, capturing sign-ups and keeping your space looking polished, they’re proactive, upbeat and brilliant at getting people involved. Think confident communicators who can problem-solve on the spot, interact with ease, and deliver a memorable guest experience that feels truly on-brand.

Cloakrooms are often overlooked until the last minute, but they play a huge role in the overall guest experience. It’s usually the first and last point of contact, sets the tone on arrival, and keeps everything feeling smooth and organised throughout the event. A great cloakroom is one of those things that’s hard to do well, and even harder to make look effortless, which is why we always recommend planning it early. From flow and staffing to the finer details (like branded tags), we can help you build a system that’s efficient, secure and genuinely impressive. Those friendly faces that welcome you to the event are important, not only that but efficiency and understanding of the event as a whole is vital. We have some awesome, friendly, fast learning, quick thinking registration and information desk staff that with a detailed brief can save your event and create a smooth, fluid, professional edge. We encourage, again, as much forward thinking as possible so that the team has the best chance of learning and understanding the event.

Our Team Leaders are the on-site leads who keep everything running smoothly. They manage our event staff throughout the shift, coordinating breaks and rotations, monitoring uniforms and standards, and keeping the team performing at their best. They’ll also report back as needed and act as your main point of contact on the ground, so you always know what’s happening in real time.

Our Event Managers are the next level up from Team Leaders, the people you can trust to run the show when you’re not on site. They oversee the full on-the-ground operation, manage our Team Leaders and event staff, coordinate timings, breaks and rotations, and ensure uniforms and standards are consistently met. They’re proactive, calm under pressure, and act as the main point of contact for the client, keeping communication clear, issues handled quickly, and the event running smoothly from start to finish.

Our Event Assistants are your borrowed pair of hands on the day, there to make everything easier behind the scenes. Working below the Event Manager level, they support with set-up, running and back-of-house tasks that keep the event flowing smoothly. From bag packing and restocking to uniform sorting and general on-the-ground support, they’re proactive, practical and ready to jump in wherever you need them most.

Our in-house Actors – Recently, our name has spread as a great supplier of immersive actors, although for most events we have signed tight NDAs on these (so we can’t give too much detail), we have to say, working with the client’s creative vision and mixing in our talented performers has been a joy. We absolutely love a challenge, and this is always fun. We’ve been lucky enough to set the scene for many film premiers, have interactive scare characters at parties and created lavish tea party characters for a certain upper class television series (to name a few). As performers ourselves, we love to deep dive into this and really enhance that event experience to surprise the guests and exceed expectations.

Our Presenters & Hosts bring energy, confidence and real presence to your event. Whether you need someone to welcome guests, lead moments on the mic, deliver key messages, or create engaging interactions throughout the space, our talent are polished, professional and naturally charismatic. They’re quick to adapt, great with people, and know how to represent your event with warmth, personality and impact.

Pilates and exercise sessions are a brilliant way to add energy and feel-good moments to a brand launch or event. We’re happy to collaborate with you to make it feel seamless, from matching the instructor to your audience and vibe, to working around your space, timings and run of show. Our instructors are experienced, warm and professional, creating sessions that feel welcoming, well-paced and polished, whether you’re after a calm reset or something more upbeat.
