Exercise Instructors - Yoga, Pilates, PT

We supply wonderful event managers and event assistants, the event managers will ensure the rest of our team are well managed, under your supervision. They assign breaks, monitor performance and are the key communicator between our event staff and the client, our event assistants have a flexible role, they can help you set up your event with jobs like goody bag loading, table setting and any help with the aesthetics of the event, they are proactive and problem solving, saving you hours of time and effort with that extra assistance. All our team are freelancers, and we encourage safe working practice, so we appreciate your monitoring and support on this, event assistants will not do any heavy lifting, simply because they are not insured to do so.
Our brand ambassadors and brand activation staff are always a hit, their performance background helps the team shine here, they are friendly, not scared to approach guests, are well presented and active in wanting to create a buzz around whatever the activation or brand might be. They can also read a room well and therefore adapt to any environment. We have always had wonderful feedback in this domain and pride ourselves on having the best team there is. The cloakroom is often something that gets overlooked until the last minute. Although it seems like a sidebar, it is a vital tool in creating the atmosphere and environment for an event, it is often the first and last point of contact and, in our eyes, a very important process. Difficult to make look easy but we advise early planning to ensure smooth running and additional details like branded tags. Those friendly faces that welcome you to the event are important, not only that but efficiency and understanding of the event as a whole is vital. We have some awesome, friendly, fast learning, quick thinking registration and information desk staff that with a detailed brief can save your event and create a smooth, fluid, professional edge. We encourage, again, as much forward thinking as possible so that the team has the best chance of learning and understanding the event.
Recently, our name has spread as a great supplier of immersive actors, although for most events we have signed tight NDAs on these (so we can't give too much detail), we have to say, working with the client's creative vision and mixing in our talented performers has been a joy. We absolutely love a challenge, and this is always fun. We've been lucky enough to set the scene for many film premiers, have interactive scare characters at parties and created lavish tea party characters for a certain upper class television series (to name a few). As performers ourselves, we love to deep dive into this and really enhance that event experience to surprise the guests and exceed expectations.

We can supply uniforms, either through our rental system to encourage sustainability or by sourcing and branding any item you wish. We recently supplied uniforms for Crocs, we did bright t-shirts, white, branded overalls and crocs (of course), we also branded aprons, bright t-shirts and crocs for the catering staff. It was a huge success and really brought the whole thing together.
